Hi, I'm Sid.

As I write this, I find myself ‘standing clear of the closing doors’ in a packed N train, crossing the concrete jungle of an island I now call home. Years ago, home was a small house with big hearts in a place 7,000 miles away, where people played a five-day game that often ended in a draw. Decades ago, home was a blissful kindergarten in a land where sheep outnumbered humans. Life has taken me around the globe, and I've spent more than a decade in the world of finance.

I love to read, and my essays serve as notes to my future self, capturing ideas I never want to forget.

I'll only write when I have something worth your time, so while the essays may not be frequent, they'll be thoughtful. Subscribe to never miss an update. Thank you!
